On 8/25 I put a claim into our home warranty place.
On 8/26 I received a call from Rick stating that he was booked until 8/28, however, could come out today in the next 1/2 hr to look at my fridge as that is important.
Came out took a look, fixed and gave my fair pricing as the home warranty did not cover something he was doing.
