Depending on your preference, we'll send a text message or make a phone call to you at 6:00 PM, the day before your service call, to advise you of the window to expect our technician.
For customers whom we know either an AM or PM appointment is necessary, we do our best to provide your service call within that time frame.

Some models require additional service such as replaceable water and/or air filters as well as chemical cleanings on ice machines.
