E&J is a family-owned and operated business that was started by Ernest "Ernie" Johnson, and has been serving the East Valley since 1982.
Ernie began his career with a small hardware store in Coolidge, AZ.
After working for two firms he joined General Electric for several years.
Like so many entrepreneurs, he decided to launch his own business from his garage.
Since then, E&J has expanded out of the garage beginnings into a full-fledged, appliance service company with five service vehicles and a full time staff focused on customer care.

If a part fails due to a manufacturer's defect, our labor is covered for 90 days.
There is no warranty against additional or more extensive repairs, against other problems that may occur on the same machine (even if involving identical symptoms), or against incidental damages.
Parts carry the manufacturer's warranty, which is typically 90 days.
