We're very satisfied with Russ and Steve at Appliance Angels Service because, not only were they the only company that answered the phone, they both came to my house. My Dacor wall oven was totally without display. No clock no nothing. Reset some thermostat and replaced a panel and they were done. I was so pleased that I'm signing up for their maintinence program for my whole kitchen which by the way is all Dacor Appliances.
Last Saturday afternoon Russ immediately found that a spilled package of frozen vegetables caused my freezer drain clog. He popped the ice corn chunk out of the drain. I handed him a pyrex cup of hot water which he poured in the drain and "presto", it drained. Double "presto", he said NC.(No Charge) Really, he was on his way to a BBQ or something and that was that.
Thank you Russ and Appliance Angels. I'd highly recommend them to anyone-and while I hope that all my appliances keep working, I know who I will call if they don't!
