My gas oven was acting strangely, like food wasnt cooked in the prescribed amount of time. I was able to make an appointment for the next day. The owner Tim spent a lot of time recalibrating the oven to make it work great again. Plus he was very personable to talk to. Although I didn't use them for work, due to the fact that the appliance was just too old to put any more money into, his quote was super reasonable and Tim was super quick and responsive to my messages through Yelp.
I can only assume that is testimony to his work. Tim was great. An owner-operated business is a real treat in these days of huge chain companies. Tim responded immediately to my service request on Angies list. He scheduled promptly with me, arrived as scheduled and repaired the appliance quickly. Considering that it is a high-end, built-in and is difficult to access it was difficult, but he solved the problem and was a pleasant gentleman to have in our house.
