If parts ordering is necessary to complete your appliance repair we order from the closest place possible to expedite call completion. We use a flat rate price guide to determine the repair cost and always let you know before repairs begin.
If a repair is made there is no charge to come back out and look at the same appliance for 30 days. Parts and labor are covered for 90 days. In the case of air conditioners and furnace repairs there may be an extended warranty. Please consult your technician for details. Appliance failures can be a real inconvenience and they don't always fail when you have time to deal with it.
Whether you are in the Omaha, Council Bluffs, or Fremont area we have flexible scheduling to accommodate your busy schedule. We offer 3 hour windows for our arrival time and give notice ahead to meet us as long as you can be there within 30 minutes.
