Very competent technician and very prompt turn around.
We had issue with the oven not reaching a certain temperature. had another repair company to look at it but didn't resolve the issue. AAA came out and told me that we need a new ignitor. got it replaced and problem solved.
9 month later, we had another issues w/ the oven. AAA came out right the way same day. nothing was wrong w the appliance. just the circuit breaker wasn't labelled right. bottom line. excellent, consistent and prompt service. look no further.

These guys are on top of things. Our freezer chamber was unable to freeze the top shelve. I called AAA and got scheduled to visit next day. Victor came and did some diagnostics and already found the cause. Two days later he came in with the parts and fixed it. Efficiency, great service, and amazing!

Our Samsung dryer broke and it has a heat pump, which requires a very unique and complicated fix. Had several other technicians come and BS some answer that they thought was the problem (it wasn't) and tried to charge us service fees (Smart Solution Appliance).
Got a call from a technician Alex a day before our scheduled work and he asked really thoughtful questions and did research on the machine. He called us back and gave us the run down on what we needed to do to work with Samsung to get it fixed, since it is a closed pressurized system that requires a license to work on it.
In the end we didn't get a chance to have a technician help us in person but Alex and the team's dedication to customers really stands out in this industry.

My fridge and washer broke on the same day, these guys got me an appointment in 2 days and were effective and fixed my problems. They had to replace a door sensor in my 20 year old washer and a tube in my fridge. $280 which felt like a reasonable price. They showed a bit late for the arrival window but were very communicative about that fact and once they arrived were very efficient. Nice guys too. I would highly recommend!

I have used AAA in the past and just had another issue with my Wolf range (I love the range, but I have had some issues with computer control boards). The oven would sometimes work, but not work (could not change the oven temp) at the most inopportune times (cooking for guests). I was fearing another major repair bill (I paid another vendor over $500 a previous time). Alex came out and diagnosed the problem, then tried to fix all the parts connecting the knobs to the wiring leading to the circuit boards. He found some connections that were not perfect, and adjusted them. It worked! He said to try it for the next week and call back if the minor fix did not resolve the issue. I am grateful for his knowledge and honesty about fixing the control system. The last time I used AAA, Oleg came out and fixed our SubZero, at a reasonable cost and expertly. I recommend AAA!
