Fantastic company My water heater, which was on the third floor, was replaced. extremely professional Very neat! Due to its placement, the old water heater had to be transported past the house, but they left no other trash behind. Additionally, during times of covid, they remained aloof and continuously donned masks. And after I called a number of businesses, they provided me the most reasonable and straightforward quote. The first contractor I called replaced my bad capacitor with a used one that did not fixed the ac problem. Very unethical. I called Pacific Coast by googling. He was quick to provide me with a quote and I proceeded with the booking. The team arrived promptly. They installed our ducted air con system. We bought a new house but it did not have a gas line to the stove area. We bought a gas stove for a deal on Google, and it sat in the family room while we awaited getting a gas hookup. I identified a local independent plumber/gasfitter with good reviews here and elsewhere, and he came by to assess, and subsequently sent me an estimate. I confirmed the project with him, whence he said he would come by the following week. Two weeks went by and he never showed up, called, texted, nothing.

They worked very hard to make sure we were pleased with everything. Installation of our new AC in our house went above and beyond to make sure I'm satisfied with the result. It was a pleasure to deal with them, and the installation was completed in one day. Because the person who had set up their appointments was out, there was a minor wait in getting the initial pricing, but once we got it, they were incredibly efficient in getting us our appointment. It is something I would recommend.

The engineer was early and worked on our system the whole time he was in the office. He gave the system a thorough clean leaving the office with a really nice smell when the system is used. He also reprogrammed the settings on the keypad which had not been correct for a long time. Went through all the checks necessary very efficiently. The whole system is working much better now. Would definitely recommend this company.

Our A/C went out this holiday weekend and of course, it was difficult to find a repairman to come out as soon as possible. I messaged Pacific Coast Heating and Air Conditioning this morning and I was given a time frame of 2:30-6:30pm to get someone out to my house. These guys were fantastic! The dispatch lady I spoke too was very kind and helpful and went out of her way to make sure she could schedule somebody to come out and fix my home A/C HVAC system the same morning. I seldom write yelp reviews, however, this company definitely deserves one. Have you ever tried to find a reputable, professional service technician to service a "simple" WALL Furnace? Everybody wants to "upgrade" you to a modern A/C unit for Thousands of dollars. I could have called my retired Plumbing Contractor friend who installed this unit 7 years ago but, I wanted someone who would be technically professional, with deep knowledge of this make and model's inner working AND, have the right parts in his truck.

Guess what.by choosing Pacific Coast Heating & Air, I got exactly what I wanted. I called late on Monday, made an appointment for Tuesday, and Anthony showed up on time! He listened to my description of the UNIQUE problem with my heater before starting to work. He found the problem and got the parts from his truck. He told me exactly what was needed and what it would cost BEFORE proceeding.

He crossed out the "Diagnosis" charge and applied that to the cost of repair. He worked on my heater for over two hours and when finished, he tested it several times. He made a couple of additional "tweaks" and my heater is now working like it did when new. I am a retired Navy Master Chief (30 years) and truly appreciate a Specialist who is highly knowledgable and committed to excellence. I could not be more pleased with the quality of his work and the fairness of the cost. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

Honest, knowledgeable, and reasonably priced. We have an older wall heater, circa 1949 that had a leaking line valve (how scary). We reached out to Pacific Coast HVAC and spoke with Andrew, he immediately sent a tech out to come have a look at it. Jose (the tech) was nothing short of skilled and professional: he diagnosed the issue and got straight to work.a little dusting off; and a couple of replacement parts later, our old heater is now as good (and SAFE) as new!

Would absolutely recommend! I called a few companies because I was having a an issue with my air conditioner. Jose was able to get to my house fairly quickly. Even called as he was running ahead of schedule so he arrived early. He was great about educating on how the problem occurred, what the potential fixes would be and emailed me later with quotes and varying price point comparison on fixing or replacing my system. All that and he wasn't at all pushy. So appreciated it all.

Called them and set up an appointment for our AC that wasn't working. The technician who came was professional and got right to work to troubleshoot it. He took the time to explain what we needed and answered our questions. Glad he got it fixed for us before the real summer heat comes. Thanks again guys!

They are excellent. I have used them before. I would not use anybody else. Two people came out to complete the work. It took about seven hours for the work to be completed. I trust them; they are very competent. I would definitely use them again. Everything was perfect as far as leaving the area clean. They showed up on time, came when we called -- it was kind of an emergency thing. It was just very professional.
