We provide washer, dryer, dishwasher, ovens, stove top, refrigerator, disposer and microwave repair. They diagnosed the problem with my dryer in about 10 seconds, had the part on hand, installed it, cleaned up and were finished before I could barely finish eating my reheated pizza, lol. Simply outstanding, thanks again guys! They come out quickly (sometimes same day, or at least within 24 hours), they fix the problem quickly without any hassle to me, and their prices are very fair.
They've never charged me any price that I wasn't completely comfortable with. Always a job well done. The whole process, from booking the appointment to them finishing it, was pleasant and professional. I called about my dishwasher and over the phone I was assisted with a friendly and helpful service. Definitely will call again for future problems!

Good Service. Jacob does a good job and Armando & Iliana are the best employees there. Fantastic customer service. They've come to fix our dryer, dishwasher drain and the freezer ice machine. All those appliances are fully functional now and they gave us good tips to keep them running smoothly. Prices are reasonable as well

Overall, I had a good experience using Fix-it Guy to repair my dryer. It was easy to communicate with the company and schedule an appointment. The technician was very professional, organized, and efficient: he identified and fixed the issue very quickly and the whole appointment took much less time than I anticipated. The total repair cost was a bit higher than I expected, as the estimate I received did not include mention of the cost of parts, which was considerable. I realize those costs cannot be determined until the issue is assessed, but it would have been appropriate to reference that in the original estimate. Finally, my biggest annoyance is that when processing the payment at the very end, a big gratuity option was displayed on the screen, which really surprised me and made me feel obligated to leave a tip. Tipping is generally not standard practice for a service repair job like this that already cost me almost $400, and I was really surprised and disappointed to be put in that position (and also disappointed in myself for caving under pressure).

You know what's awesome? Having a personable, knowledgeable, reasonably priced repair call of any kind. It seems like we're conditioned to expect the worst and I was definitely in that boat.
I've repaired many of my own appliances over the years (small clogs, bad diodes, dead motors), but my dishwasher wasn't cooperating. I was pretty sure I knew what the issue was, but I couldn't get access to the parts that needed help. A search on my local neighborhood FB page turned up these folks and one thing I noticed was MANY different technicians were mentioned by name as being exceptional. This gave me some confidence that no matter who came, I would have good service.
These folks have a very dialed-in text confirmation set-up including a notice when the technician was on the way. Reggie came on time and was able to quickly learn what I had done and diagnose the problem. He got the stubborn part detached and sure enough - a wayward piece of plastic was the culprit. He got things back together quickly, confirmed it was draining and pre-emptively ordered a sensor to have on hand in case the error message wasn't resolved by the morning. All this while being personable and professional. I'd wholeheartedly use these folks again and recommend others do as well.
