Very helpful, highly skilled and friendly! I came here for an issue with my cooker and they fixed it very quickly. Since it didn't take time, they didn't even charge me for it. I highly recommend going here if you have an issue with kitchen appliances, washers and sorts. Sergei was fantastic. My washer won't go into a spin cycle and I called Sunny appliances - they set up an appointment ASAP and Sergei identified the problem immediately and fixed it in a breeze.

We called Sunny Appliance Repair and they could make the same-day appointment on the afternoon. Initially, they told us that the technician would arrive somewhere 3-5pm, but the technitian, Anthony called us later to inform the specific time he would be arriving so that we didn't have to wait around his arrival.
Anthony was very kind and fixed the washer within 10 min of his arrival. We are very satisfied the service. John was very professional, answered all my questions and gave me an honest and fair evaluation of our washer drainage issue.

If you have plumbing or electricity issues (which requires different type of licence), our technician won't be able to help you and will reffer you to the plumber or electirician.
If another company was wrong, we will need to redo the diagnostics, and if you refuse to do the repair, you will have to pay service call fee.

Every time you repair with Sunny Appliance, we back up our services with a 6-months warranty on parts and labor (If no parts have been replaced, warranty period may vary).
In some cases when the same problem reoccurs we will provide complimentary service at your convenience.
The manufacture warranty on parts depends on the brand and type of appliance and can be confirmed at the time of the repair upon your request.
We also understand that 6 months warranty is not a very long time to some of us, and we would like you to have an additional 6 months for only $25 extra.
