We came to El Dorado county in 1998. We found a need for someone to be able to service high end appliances without having to wait a week for the tech. Word spread and we started to grow. My wife Victoria's friend Patricia Marks came from Alabama in 2002 to work in the office and answer the phone. Soon customers requested we work on all the appliances they had so they would not need a different company for each appliance.
Word of mouth continued to spread and I started to train my son Brandon in 2006. It is our goal to continue to grow and provide quality service to the thousands of people we've come to know over the years. We start by giving our customers a 2 hour time window I.E. 8-10 a.m., so you're not waiting all morning or afternoon for someone who doesn't show up or even call.
We have spent thousands of dollars purchasing the most commonly used parts to carry on the trucks. Unfortunately now we have manufacturers from overseas, and U.S. manufacturers each with hundreds of different models and designs.

Not all stainless steel is created equally and just because they call it stainless doesn't mean it won't stain, discolor or even rust.
