Working with both commercial and residential properties, we service all major brands and a variety of machines all across the Monterey Peninsula. Yesterday I had a technician named Danny come to my home to help me with a front loading washer/dryer. No one else would take on this job. The brand of the washer dryer is Midea, Which is apparently a little known brand.
So none of the other locals would even look at it. Danny was nice enough to come and take a look at my problem. He fixed it in half an hour and did an excellent job! If it weren't for him, I would have probably ended up buying another machine. He did a great job and was very timely. The cost was $90 for the service. I called American Appliance the morning for a washer issue.
I thought the drum, where you put your clothes, was off. It rattled and smashed against the sides during the spin cycle. Danny came out within 1 hour of my call. Took no time for him to discover that the load I was trying to wash was too heavy on one side as well as one of the blankets had gotten caught on the agitator.
