Juan is very professional, arrived on time, and diagnosed the problem with my washing machine easily, made sure when he fixed it that it truly was fixed by watching it complete the wash and spin cycle, and gave me very helpful tips on how to take care of it to avoid future problems.
He also helped me determine the age of my washer since it had been passed down to me.
