Since 1950, we have led the effort to permanently repair all appliances we are hired to service, and have remained consistent in our ability to impress our customers with our pool of knowledge.
Now, Metropolitan Services has a brother company in southern Maine, offering our third generation appliance expertise.

All products serviced by us will carry a service guarantee of 90 days after service is performed and paid in full.

Metropolitan Services started off as a plumbing, heating, air conditioning, refrigeration and all major appliance repair.
It was started by Donald Jones in North East, Dc in the 1950's.
His company was the beginning of our third generation appliance service specialty.
The company was handed down to his sons, Donnie Jones & Denny Jones.
Along the way the brothers decided they loved each other enough to know they didn't want to operate a business together;- They eventually broke off into two separate, successful businesses.
It was started by Donald Jones in North East, Dc in the 1950's.
His company was the beginning of our third generation appliance service specialty.
The company was handed down to his sons, Donnie Jones & Denny Jones.
Along the way the brothers decided they loved each other enough to know they didn't want to operate a business together;- They eventually broke off into two separate, successful businesses.
Our office hours are between 8:00 am and 4:30 pm Monday through Friday.
We will call our customers Between the hours of 1 pm and 2 pm the business day prior to the scheduled day of service to confirm a 2 hour time window between the hours of 8 am and 5 pm for the day of service.
We ask that if we leave you a message and you are scheduled for the first stop of 8 am, please call us to confirm or leave a message by 4:00 pm the day we call.
We ask that if we leave you a message and you are scheduled for a time after 9 am to please call us to confirm or leave a message by 8 am the day of service.

We understand that the weather can be worse in some places rather than others.
However, we have technicians that live in more remote areas and they have a hard time getting out after inclement weather.
We strive to meet our promised schedule dates and if we can't, we will post it here.
